Freight Bus is a proposal for an urban vehicle capable of carrying both passengers and freight which, combined with a new transport system-named On-Route, could reduce traffic congestion and pollution. It was created by designer Hugh Frost. the bus concept features an “Active Bumper” that provides a mechanical, airbag powered crumple zone on all sides. The Credo E-Bone concept bus is the brainchild of designer Peter Simon. The E-Bone is a zero-emission bus that generates power from a system of hydrogen fuel cells and lithium batteries.
